Well Visits

To keep your children healthy, it is important to bring them in for regular checkups. We recommend that you call our office 2 weeks in advance so you may choose the date that best fits your needs. Find out more about Well Visits and the recommended schedule here.

Sick Visits

If you would like us to see more than one child, please schedule both of them when you make your appointment. Without an appointment, we may not be able to see a sick sibling right away, and you may be asked to wait while the provider sees a scheduled patient who may be waiting.

Cancelling

If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged $50.00 for the cancellation. We ask that you make every effort to be on time for your appointment and to call us if you are running late.

Late Arrivals

In order to provide timely service to all of our patients, if you are significantly late (over 15 minutes), we will try our best to work you back into the schedule, but we may have no other option but to offer an appointment to you with another provider or to reschedule another appointment time for you.

If the provider can still accomodate you, please understand that your appointment will likely be shorter and the provider may only be able to discuss standard health concerns and will not be able to discuss any other concerns you may have at the appointment.

Occasionally, despite our best efforts, we may run late as some patient cases can be more complicated or we are accommodating other late appointment arrivals. We will do our best to keep you informed so that you have the option of adjusting your schedule.
