Ashley Bartell

Ashley Bartell is a nationally Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) with a passion for helping children and families thrive through all stages of life. She is also a  breastfeeding coach, providing personalized support and guidance to mothers and infants during the crucial early months of development.

Ashley earned her undergraduate degree in Nursing from California Baptist University and completed her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner training at California State University, Long Beach. She has also expanded her training by obtaining a certificate in Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) through the Institute for Functional Medicine. 

She spent 7 years as a Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse at CHOC Children’s in Orange, CA, where she gained valuable experience caring for critically ill children. Motivated to make a broader impact in her community, Ashley transitioned into Primary Care as a Nurse Practitioner, where she draws on her ICU background to help families prevent illness and promote long-term wellness.

Currently, Ashley is expanding her expertise by integrating principles of functional medicine into her Western medical practice. This evolving approach allows her to address the root causes of chronic conditions and support whole-person healing for the children and families she serves.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, and paddle boarding along the coast.
