Orange County Children’s Medical Group is a unique practice based in South Orange County that provides comprehensive and personalized care to infants, children, and young adults. Our highly experienced staff of board certified pediatricians have been serving families in the areas of Irvine, Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Coto De Caza, Rancho Santa Margarita, Aliso Viejo, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, and Laguna areas for many years.

Here at Orange County Children’s Medical Group, we really get to know you and your child. Our pediatricians emphasize continuity of care as studies show this leads to better healthcare outcomes, higher satisfaction rates, and cost-effectiveness for patients. As such, we try our best to have your child seen by the same physician each time for well visits. However, when your child is sick, it is important for them to be seen quickly and that may mean seeing another doctor that is available. We intentionally manage our practice growth so that we are able to stay focused on our patient families – that means more time to focus on our patients.
Convenient Hours
We understand that life with children can be busy and unpredictable, so we try to be available as much as possible by offering the following:
- Open Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Physician on-call after hours
- Same day appointments available for sick visits
- Two locations (Ladera Ranch and Irvine)
