In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health situation, we now offer telehealth in addition to our traditional in-office appointments. Telehealth allows us to treat patients remotely via video-chat on your phone, tablet, or computer.
If you would like to set up a telehealth appointment, please call our office to schedule. These online visits are treated as regular appointments and will be billed accordingly. A provider will call you at your appointment time to provide a Meeting ID and Password for you to join a video-chat session.
To ensure a smooth telehealth session, please do the following before your appointment:
- Download the Zoom Cloud Meeting App on your phone/tablet or access via a web browser on your computer
- Fill out the Telehealth Consent Form and email or fax to our office prior to your child’s appointment
- Have your local pharmacy phone number ready
